We use only what we need, for a clear purpose.
Crowdians processes your waitlist email and selected display language, and collects anonymous human responses as evidence without requiring login. We do not use advertising, behavioral autocapture, or session replay.
Terms of service
Crowdians helps people develop ideas by sharing thoughts and comparing synthetic perspectives with human feedback. You must not post content that violates another person's rights, and we may limit or remove content that threatens the safety of the service. Synthetic perspectives are informational aids and do not guarantee accuracy or a particular outcome.
Waitlist email
We collect your email to send beta invitations and launch updates. We keep it until three months after the launch notice is sent or until you withdraw consent. You may refuse, but you will not be able to join the waitlist.
Anonymous visit analytics
We use PostHog in cookieless mode to understand page-level visits. No analytics identifier is stored in your browser, and click autocapture and session replay are disabled.
Anonymous responses and experience data
Public respondents do not log in, and we do not ask for a name or email. We use the response type, answer, reasoning, confidence, optional eligibility context, and submission time only to aggregate evidence for the simulation.
Retention period
Human responses and observed outcomes are retained while the campaign and report are operated. The current default retention period is 12 months after a campaign closes; after that, identifiable share information and source text are deleted or retained only as anonymous aggregates.
Share-token policy
Each response link uses a random campaign share token and does not require login. Anyone with the token can see the scenario and question included in the link, so share it only with intended respondents. Creators can close a campaign or create a new link.
Deletion requests
For response deletion or privacy questions, email crowdians.crowdy@gmail.com with the campaign link or the submission time. Fully anonymized aggregate counts may no longer be separable into an individual response.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser's privacy and security settings. If you delete this cookie, Crowdians will use your browser language on your next visit.
